Confluence Companies is set to break ground on a $65 million apartment complex in Arvada, with the first units to be completed in spring 2018 followed by the full completion of the project in early 2019.

The building, named Timberline Farms, will be located at 11700 W. 58th Ave and will include 302 apartments and 12 for-rent, three-bedroom duplexes. The community’s name is a tribute to the agricultural past of the area. Tony DeSimone, principal at Confluence Companies says, the name also “paints the picture of today’s new urbanist residential community.”
